Doors are open between the hours of 11am and 5pm with an "open-house" style format which showcases over 30 local exhibitors and vendors. 

Live seminars, informative presentations and valuable health checks will be scheduled througout the day with top industry professionals. 

The event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and ADMISSION IS FREE. Cash bar, wine tastings and on-site cafe available throughout the day.

Benefits of CBD Oil 

Scientific research now shows the many health benefits of CBD Cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is a component of marijuana but it does not produce the psychoactive effects that have made marijuana attractive for recreational use. CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil. Laura Barlow is a recognized vegan activist and animal advocate. She runs Rhode Island Vegan Awareness, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advocating veganism for a more peaceful and just world for all life. Laura has appeared on a variety of radio and television programs and has many published articles.

Regina will share her 5 practical tips that will help you stop the roller coaster and promote long term weight loss success.

Kathy Tonelli is a certified integrative nutrition health coach. She coaches adults and families around nutrition, exercise, stress, time management and sleep. She also presents to municipalities and private groups throughout Rhode Island and beyond. She is the author of Building Your Healthy Family - Balancing Nutrition, Movement and Time

It starts with the spine  - CHECKING SPINE FOR PAIN AND DISCOMFORT 

Dr. Jennifer Sarkas uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Sarkas takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and with a variation of several checks/tests (including one she will be using at the event) she is able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs.
